dHow long does it take to recieve my cash? |

Follow the process and obtain a price for your phone. Enter your adress and contact details. You will then be sent a prepaid adressed envelope to post your phone. You may also be offered the option to print a special adresses postage stamp the send in the phone. |

It will take between seven to twenty working days to recieve your money. Once recieved, your phone will be checked by our engineers. Once accepted, your payment will be processed and dispatched accordingly. If the phone is faulty or the condition unacceptable we will contact you with a new offer. If you don't accept the amount offered we will return the phone to you at your expense. |

Can i sell the phone without a charger? |

You must be at least 16 years old to trade in a phone. You must also be the legal owner of the phone you are trading in. |

We will buy your phone without a charger but this may reduce the amount we pay for the phone. Complete units fetch a higher price. |

There is no maximum number of phones you can sell in. For more than 5 units, please email us. |

Can i recieve my payment in cash? |
